How to change classic Facebook page to new Version
Facebook is one of the most popular social media platforms in the world, with over billion of monthly active users. It has evolved over the years, and as such, Facebook has made several updates to its interface, including a new version of Facebook Pages. If you’re still using the classic Facebook Page and you’d like to switch to the new version, this article will guide you through the process.
On Facebook PC version
Step 1: Log in to your Facebook account
The first step is to log in to your Facebook account. Go to Facebook.com and enter your login details – your email address or phone number and your password.
Step 2: Go to your Facebook Page
Once you’re logged in, navigate to your Facebook Page. You can do this by clicking on the Pages icon on the left-hand side of your Facebook home screen or by entering the name of your page in the Facebook search bar.
Step 3: Click on the “Settings” button
Once you’ve accessed your Facebook Page, click on the “Settings” button located on the top-right corner of the page.
Step 4: Click on “Edit Page”
After clicking on the “Settings” button, you will be taken to a new page. From there, click on the “Edit Page” option located on the left-hand side of the page.
Step 5: Select “Edit” under “Templates and Tabs”
Once you’ve clicked on “Edit Page,” you will see a drop-down menu. Select “Templates and Tabs” from the menu and click on the “Edit” button next to it.
Step 6: Choose your preferred template
In the “Templates and Tabs” section, you will see a list of templates to choose from. Select the template that you prefer for your Facebook Page. There are several templates available, including Business, Services, and Shopping templates.
Step 7: Review your template and click “Apply”
After selecting your preferred template, review it to make sure it suits your needs. If you’re happy with your choice, click on the “Apply” button. Facebook will apply the new template to your page, and you will be taken to the new version of your Facebook Page.
Step 8: Customize your new Facebook Page
Once you’ve switched to the new version of your Facebook Page, you can customize it further. You can add or remove tabs, rearrange sections, and change your page’s color scheme.
